Several years ago I began a journey to learn historic skills. One of those skills was to learn the ancient art of spinning fiber into yarn. Along that journey, I have experimented with natural dyes and learned a little about knitting 18th century layers of warmth. These skills have allowed me to teach and demonstrate skills in historic places. I look forward to learning new skills and sharing the journey here.
